Liverpool Student Houses a private company, setup in 1998 as a partnership between Brian Levy and Alan Robinson.

With a combination of luxury student accommodation in the Liverpool 15 area. All our houses are fully furnished to a high standard and our very reasonably priced from £40 per person per week.

Being residents in Liverpool ourselves and having children that have studied at Liverpool University we feel as though we know the area and the needs of students well enough and have a good idea of where Liverpool students want to live and the facilities that they need and want.

All our liverpool homes are in the trendy and buzzing Smithdown Road, Penny Lane area of Liverpool 15. Close to all amenities, with supermarkets, bus stops, pubs, bars and a great selection of restaurants all a stone throw away.

All our liverpool student accommodation adears to safety certification and all houses are fitted with fire blankets and extinguishers.
